About us
We are the Coletta family of five! Our oldest daughter, Makayla, is in Heaven with Jesus, we also have an 14-year-old daughter, Isabella, and our 12 year old son, Christian. We live in Northern IL, business owners, homeschool, love to travel within the 50 states in a motorhome, and sit on our front porch every chance we get when the weather permits! The main part of our story began when our oldest daughter, Makayla, was diagnosed with cancer in 2019. Through our 13 month journey of care for our daughter, we transitioned into learning more about the Lord’s promises for us, how to rest in His peace, and the inheritance we have in Him.
Although Makayla’s battle with cancer ended with her passing in May of 2020, the Lord brought us down a path that led to supporting an organization that helps children in need called India Rural Evangelical Fellowship (IREF). Makayla LOVED making handmade gifts, especially bracelets, and giving them to family and friends. When Makayla learned of IREF and their culture of vibrant colors, she wanted nothing more than to make her handmade creations of beautiful beaded bracelets to give to the children at the orphanage. We are carrying on that spark and offering a way for others to participate with us. This is where our mission statement stems from… spreading joy through colorful acts of kindness.

Unfortunately, spreading the gospel is becoming increasingly difficult because of increased persecution. In 2021, the USCIRF ranked India’s minority persecution severity at Tier 1 along with countries like China, North Korea, and Pakistan. Love You More Bracelets desires to bring hope to the darkest regions. With your help, we have the opportunity to build and plant a local church in southeast India.
Village Churches exist to bring the gospel to rural communities in India through discipleship and community outreach. Love You More Bracelet has decided to build a church in a village with no prior church. This will be the first church in this communities history. What an amazing opportunity! For $20,000, we can build a concrete church building with a sanctuary that will seat 75 people. Our hope is to begin building this church by November 2022. These funds will not only build a church, but they will also cover three years’ salary for a full-time pastor to nurture and guide the church!
